Careful invites the audience to explore themes of love, loss and forgiveness.

A meditation on forgiveness.

You enter a warm room--walls are covered with stories from previous participants. Inside is a single performer. You sit down, and you are asked, "If there were one person you wish would ask your forgiveness, who would that be?" Once answered, you are invited to remove your shoes and have your feet washed and very carefully dried.  You are then left alone to either read the walls or write your own contribution as well.

Careful is a performance installation interrogating memories of love, loss and forgiveness created by Rachel Parish as a special commission from the Museum of Broken Relationships.
